Hailey Commet
Teacher Junior High
Hailey joined Third Schools in 2015 as a Third Academy Instructional Assistant and since has since transitioned to teaching in both Elementary and Junior High classrooms. She took a leave of absence to complete her education degree and when she was done she immediately started teaching. St. Mary’s University in Calgary awarded Hailey with both a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Elementary Education.
Hailey loves teaching and is a big child at heart! Integrating her passions and interests into the classroom is her favorite way to build relationships with her students. She strongly believes that every child deserves the opportunity to feel successful and enjoy school. Creating a classroom environment where students feel loved, appreciated, and celebrated is her number one priority. Working at Third Academy has provided amazing experiences and opportunities to not only watch her students grow, but also to watch herself grow in the process. Currently Hailey is the lead teacher in the Third Academy Junior High 1 classroom.
