Samantha Keane BEd (SpEd) MEd
Teacher
Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Samantha Keane, one of the newest members of Third Schools! Having recently moved to Canada from the United States in August 2025, Samantha is incredibly excited to join our community and contribute to our team at Third Academy.
Born in the U.S., Samantha grew up in Illinois, California, and Arizona before pursuing her post-secondary education in Spokane, Washington. She is a proud graduate of Gonzaga University, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (PK-12). Committed to deepening her expertise, she then earned a Master of Education in Social and Emotional Learning from Whitworth University.
Samantha brings five years of dedicated experience to her role. She has spent a year in the classroom, two years working one-on-one with individuals with Autism, and two years as a family resource coordinator. In her coordinator role, she supported families of children with disabilities by helping them navigate and organize the services they need.
This diverse background has shaped her core belief in caring for the whole child. Samantha is passionate about creating inclusive environments that accommodate the unique needs of every student. She understands that success is a team effort and is deeply committed to building strong family relationships to ensure every child and family can thrive.
