Seemab Sabir
Masters Counselling Intern
Seemab is completing his Master of Counselling degree at City University of Seattle and is joining Third Academy as a counselling intern for the 2025–2026 school year. His experience includes supporting individuals and families in community and crisis settings, with a focus on creating safe, collaborative, and culturally responsive spaces for growth and healing.
He has volunteered with the Distress Centre Calgary and the Luna Child and Youth Advocacy Centre, experiences that deepened his commitment to supporting children and adolescents facing diverse challenges. At Third Academy, Seemab looks forward to working with students through individual counselling, helping them build resilience and develop skills to navigate social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
Outside of his professional role, Seemab enjoys spending time with family, exploring history, and staying active in both fitness and creative projects.
