Psychology Team

Alex is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and is thrilled to be joining the Third Academy counselling team this year. With a thoughtful and reflective approach to her work, Alex is passionate about supporting young people to develop greater self-awareness and emotional insight. She believes that by fostering these skills, individuals can feel more confident and equipped to navigate life’s everyday challenges with resilience and clarity.

Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Alex enjoys spending her free time baking, exploring the outdoors, quilting, and gardening. She also loves a quiet moments at home, often curled up with a good book alongside her husband and their two rascally cats.
