Psychology Team

Hilary is currently completing her Master of Science in counselling psychology at the University of Calgary. She believes every individual is capable of creating meaningful change and uses a strengths-based, inclusive, and person-centered approach to meet her clients where they are and support their journey forward. Hilary is passionate about helping young people of all abilities grow their self-esteem and inner voice so they can feel more empowered facing life’s challenges, speaking their needs, and accomplishing their goals.

When not at practicum, Hilary loves spending time in nature hiking, camping, snowboarding, and exploring with her husband, two young boys, and their teeny chiweenie, Sally.
