Masters Counselling Intern
Becky is a Master of Counselling student at Athabasca University and is thrilled to join the Third Academy team for the 2024/2025 school year. With over a decade of experience in social services, Becky brings a wealth of knowledge, including six years specializing in crisis intervention. Her most recent role involved providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities. At Third Academy, Becky is committed to employing a strength-based approach in her counselling practice. She emphasizes creative problem-solving and individualized support to empower students in their personal growth and development.
When she has some spare time, Becky enjoys various activities, including spending time with family and friends, climbing, practicing yoga, kayaking, reading and watching a show. Becky is looking forward to getting to know everyone at Third Academy.
