Peter Rosette
Facilities/Shop Instructional Assistant
Originally from Bataan in the Philippines, Peter migrated to Canada and established his home in Guelph, Ontario, before eventually moving west to Alberta. Before joining our community, he built an impressive technical foundation in automotive parts manufacturing, specializing in the precision machining and setup of complex industrial machinery. Following a period of exploring various entrepreneurial ventures, Peter brought his extensive mechanical and business expertise to the education sector.
Peter has been a dedicated member of the Third Schools family since 2006. He first joined the team as a contractor tasked with caring for our buildings, a role that allowed him to develop a deep understanding of our school’s unique environment and build lasting connections with staff and students alike. Over the years, his leadership and technical proficiency have become central to our daily operations.
Today, Peter leads the team responsible for the custodial operations and site stewardship of our campus, ensuring our learning spaces are meticulously maintained, healthy, and welcoming. In addition to his leadership of our facilities team, he serves as a Shop Instructional Assistant, providing hands-on mentorship in the Longboard/Bicycle Shop and the STEM Lab. By sharing his decades of industrial experience, Peter empowers students to master practical skills and fosters a culture of craftsmanship and innovation across the school.
